Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an Orthopedic Registered Nurse for a 13-week night-shift assignment. You will care for adult and geriatric patients on a 3x12 schedule (19:00–07:30) in a busy MS Orthopedics unit with trauma and joint replacement cases.
Responsibilities include BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, wound care, and dressing changes. A Minnesota RN license and BLS are required; holiday work and limited time off possible.

Description:The position is for an Orthopedic Registered Nurse.This role requires working 3x12 night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.The nurse will provide care for adult and geriatric patients.The expected daily census is 24 patients.The unit handles trauma, fractures, total joint replacements, and medical overflow.Total procedures include total hip, shoulder, knee, and ankle surgeries, as well as other orthopedic procedures.Support teams available include IV, physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.Essential skills include managing BiPAP/CPAP, blood product administration, and colostomy care.Wound care and dressing changes are also integral to the role.The nurse may float if low census occurs, but call is not required.Working holidays may be necessary as needed by the facility.Candidates must commit to completing fingerprinting within a specified time frame.No more than 10 days of requested time off during the assignment.All time-off requests must be pre-approved and disclosed.Local travelers within a specified distance are not accepted.Candidates must have an active Minnesota CNA license in hand at the time of application.Medical or religious vaccine exemptions must be documented with the submission.
