Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical Surgical unit in Texas for a 13-week contract. The MS unit has 14 beds and runs a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a patient-to-staff ratio of 1:5.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of RN experience, hold an active RN license, and current BLS and NIHSS certifications. Preferred ACLS and Rhythm Interpretation are a plus. New equipment and team support are highlighted.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide medical-surgical patient care on a 14-bed unit during night shifts.
• Backfill for contract RN and ensure patient safety and quality care.

Description:This position is to backfill for a contract RN on a Medical Surgical Unit.The contract duration is 13 weeks with a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.The unit consists of 14 beds, staffed by 3 RNs and 1 Patient Care Technician during night shifts.The patient-to-staff ratio is 1:5.Candidates must have current BLS and NIHSS certifications.Preferred certifications include ACLS and Rhythm Interpretation.Typical procedures performed on the unit may include Bronchoscopy and EGD/Colonoscopy.Ideal candidates are flexible team players.Scrub color required is navy blue.This unit offers a supportive environment and is known for its experienced staff.New equipment and technology enhancements are available to support patient care.
