• Implementation: Prepare patients for treatments, procedures; ensure patient safety and communicate changes.
• Evaluation: Reassess patients after interventions; adjust care as needed.
• Report Skills: Conduct bedside report; ensure continuity of care across shifts.
• Environment & Patient Safety: Maintain a safe environment and report hazards.
