Job summary

St. Luke’s Health - The Woodlands Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting in Texas. You will perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Nursing, 1 year RN experience, CPR with 14 days, NRP and ACLS within 6 months. Pay range listed: $35.45–$55.36 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• CPR certification within 14 days of hire; NRP and ACLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admissions and ongoing assessment of patient’s condition and needs.
• Planning: design and document the plan of care including safe discharge.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments and report changes; follow safety protocols.
• Evaluation: reassess patients and adjust care as needed.
• Report Skills: bedside shift reports for continuity of care.
• Environment & Safety: maintain safe environment and promptly report hazards.
