Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Mobile Health Unit in Albuquerque. You will deliver nursing care directly to underserved communities, provide preventive care, chronic disease management, patient education, screenings, immunizations, and care coordination in a community-based mobile clinic setting.

Qualifications

  • State of New Mexico nursing license or Compact license.
  • ADN with expected BSN completion within 5 years of hire.
  • BLS certification required; additional area-specific certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care in ambulatory visits per clinic models.
  • Provides telephone triage and direct patient care guidance per clinic protocols.
  • Manages medication refills as the provider's agent using nursing protocols.
  • Delivers safe, patient-centered care with emphasis on equity and access.
