Qualifications

• BLS certification required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for nurse visits in ambulatory care setting according to clinic staffing models.
• Provide direct patient care for telephone triage in ambulatory care setting according to clinic staffing models.
• Manage medication refills as an agent of the provider using approved nursing protocols.
• Ensure safe, timely, effective, patient-centered care; support for clerical functions as needed.
