Job summary
Community Access in New York City seeks a Registered Nurse to assess and monitor participants’ clinical health and response to treatment within the Housing Mobile Team. You will coordinate with psychiatry, nursing, social work, and other staff to support mental health goals and recovery in community settings.
The role requires NY RN license and at least two years of experience, preferably in mental health or housing-related services.
Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a registered nurse in NY State.
- Minimum two years’ RN experience.
- Experience with mental health or community health settings preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor participants' clinical health and response to treatment.
- Perform nursing assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations.
- Work with multidisciplinary team to deliver rehabilitation and recovery services.
