Job summary

Community Access Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse to assess and monitor participants’ health within the Housing Mobile Team in New York City. You will implement nursing plans, coordinate with psychiatry, social work and housing staff, and document care and outcomes to support recovery goals.

The role requires NYS RN licensure, at least two years’ experience with mental health or related health services, and comfort delivering care in community settings and shelters.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in NYS with current credentials.
• Two years’ RN experience, preferably with mental health care.
• Ability to work in community and non-traditional settings.

Responsibilities
