Job summary

Eating Recovery Center's ERC Pathlight is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide coordinated medical and clinical nursing care across the ERC Pathlight system. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and a therapeutic milieu.

This role requires active RN license in Maryland, BLS, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm in stressful situations; prior mental health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• BLS certification.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• 1 year+ experience in mental health setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, administer treatment, and evaluate patient response per the treatment plan.
• Conduct initial intake assessments and discharge education.
• Process orders and administer medications per ERCP policy.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen processing, and point-of-care testing.
• Maintain IV access and administer IV fluids; wound care as needed.
• Document care in the EMR and supervise licensed staff.
