Eating Recovery Center in Plano, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide coordinated medical and clinical nursing care within the ERC Pathlight system. You will partner with an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care and a therapeutic milieu for patients.

The RN will lead nursing care, apply clinical judgment, and ensure adherence to established standards and policies. On-call shifts may be required per business needs and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse License in state position is held (Required).
• Basic Life Support certification (Required).
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing (Required).
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations (Required).
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality (Required).
• 1 year+ working with patients in the mental health field (Preferred).

Responsabilités

• Performs full range of nursing services including assessment, care planning, administering treatment, and evaluating patient response to care.
• Communicates and coordinates care with the interdisciplinary treatment team to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Participates in team meetings regarding patient progress and planning for continued interventions.
• Mentors new nursing staff and responds to emergencies as needed.
