Job summary

Eating Recovery Center, through ERC Pathlight, is seeking an LPN to provide direct patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse, APP, or physician. The role includes medication administration, patient monitoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based care across locations.

The LPN will cross-train across ERC and Pathlight, may float to other sites within the region, and could work on-call shifts as business needs dictate, in compliance with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Active LPN license in the state of Maryland is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Ability to keep patient information confidential.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing care within the scope of practice under supervision of RN, APP, or provider.
• Manages patient assignment within the shift.
• Records vital signs, responses to treatment, and nursing care; assists with basic medical tasks.
• Reports abnormal changes in patients to RN or provider promptly.
• Maintains proper labeling and handling of specimens and specimens.
• Administers medications and injections; manages NG tube feeds and wound care as regulated.
• Contributes to treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• May float to other ERC Pathlight locations and work on-call shifts as needed.
