The Registered Nurse (RN) provides coordinated medical and clinical nursing care to meet the needs of each assigned patient within the ERC Pathlight system. They will partner with an interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and a consistently therapeutic milieu for all patients.
As a leader of the health care team, the RN provides professional nursing care, utilizing sound clinical judgement, in alignment with ERC Pathlight's established standards of care, policies, and procedures. They are expected to remain flexible, demonstrate effective, efficient care while maintaining quality, in alignment with ERC Pathlight's vision, mission, and strategic plan. All teammates are expected to treat patients, families, and co-workers with dignity and respect. The RN maybe required to work on-call shifts based on business needs, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws.
Performs a full range of nursing services including assessment, care planning, administering treatment, and evaluating patient response to care in accordance with the patient's treatment plan
Performs initial intake assessment of new patients and discharge reconciliation and education
Places, receives, and completes provider orders per ERCP policy
Administers medications via multiple routes in accordance with ERCP policy and provider orders
Performs phlebotomy, specimen processing, and point of care testing in accordance with ERCP policy and laboratory vendor protocols
Places/maintains nasogastric tubes and administers enteral feeding
Places/maintains intravenous access and administers intravenous fluids
Documents all direct patient care, monitoring, and observation in the electronic medical record
Supervises and delegates care to Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses and Behavioral Health Technicians

The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
$37.50-$47 USD
