Legacy Healthcare in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Antarava St. Cloud’s Memory Care unit. Full-time day and overnight shifts are available, with PRN overnights as well.

You will ensure residents receive medications and nursing care per care plans, perform assessments, lead the care team, and advocate for residents. Eligibility includes an unencumbered SD RN license and a minimum of 1 year RN experience.

Qualifications

• SD RN license is required and must be in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments to monitor health status.
• Act as team leader and advocate for residents.
