Qualifications

• Unencumbered SD LPN license.
• Prior LPN experience in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• RN license also eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per individual care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor condition.
• Lead care teams and advocate for residents.
• Ensure residents receive medications as directed.
• Maintain safety and comfort for residents.
