Job summary

Avantara St. Cloud is seeking Registered Nurses to join their caring team for full-time overnight shifts. The unit specializes in memory care, Alzheimer's and dementia care, with 12-hour shifts and a supportive work environment.

You will lead care teams, ensure medications and nursing care follow individual care plans, perform resident assessments, and advocate for residents’ safety and comfort. Minimum 1 year RN experience required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered State of South Dakota RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication administration and nursing care per individual care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor health status.
