Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Professional Staff Nurse (RN) for pediatric and adult medical-surgical care. The RN will provide patient-centered care, collaborate with physicians, and support families to achieve optimal outcomes across the care continuum.

Eligible candidates hold current RN licensure, BLS and PALS, and clearances (Act 31, 33, 34, 73). The role features rotating shifts (0645-1915 or 1845-0715) and every-other-weekend commitments with ARMStaffing’s comprehensive benefits.

Job Description

The Professional Staff Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care to both pediatric and adult medical-surgical patients. As a key member of the care delivery team, the RN establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and families to achieve optimal patient outcomes across the continuum of care. The RN demonstrates clinical expertise, professional accountability, and a commitment to excellence in nursing practice while promoting the health and well-being of the communities served.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in the state where the facility is located, or a multistate license through the Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Clearances required: Act 31, Act 33, Act 34, Act 73.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills required to provide age-appropriate care and effectively interact with pediatric and adult patients.
