Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Med Surg RN to join a dynamic team supporting multiple campuses in Georgia. You will deliver personalized, evidence-based care, owning the nursing process from assessment to evaluation.

You will collaborate with hospice and hospital teams to improve patient outcomes, participate in governance and performance initiatives, and pursue ongoing professional development through education and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required).
• RN license (required).
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
• 2+ years recent Med Surg experience (required).
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
