Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing completed.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing evaluation of patient condition; notify physician of changes.
• Planning: design and document plan of care and discharge plans; involve family.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments and procedures; maintain patient safety.
• Evaluation: reassess patient care after interventions; adjust as needed.
• Report Skills: provide Bedside Shift Report with family involvement.
• Environment & Patient Safety: maintain safe environment and report hazards.
