You will perform comprehensive assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting.

You will demonstrate clinical judgment, prioritize patient safety, and advance your career through continuous learning and adherence to hospital standards.

Competenze

• Associates in Nursing required.
• At least one year of RN experience upon hire.
• Demonstrated competence in RN performance expectations or equivalent experience.
• Registered Nurse license for TX upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) within 14 days.

Mansioni

• Assessment: admit and continuously assess patient condition, addressing physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
• Planning: design and evaluate the care plan, teach patient/family, and coordinate safe discharge.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments, communicate changes to the team, and uphold safety protocols.
• Evaluation: reassess after interventions and adjust care as patient needs change.
• Report Skills: provide Bedside Shift Reports for continuity of care.
• Environment & Patient Safety: maintain safe spaces and promptly address hazards.
