Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is seeking an RN for the NP3 Medicine Observation Unit on the night shift (36 hours/week). The RN coordinates and delivers nursing care, integrates plans with support services, and demonstrates leadership in a 9-bed unit.

Our NP3 Medicne Observation Unit is a 9-bed private unit. The RN / Registered Nurse is responsible for independently planning, coordinating, and directing those activities essential to the provision of quality nursing care for assigned patients; coordinating the medical plan provided by support service departments relating to the assigned patients; identifying and implementing nursing interventions and evaluates results; and demonstrating developing leadership qualities.

Salary Range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
