Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) for Waushara County Jail, Wisconsin. The role combines hands-on patient care, clinical leadership, and organizational duties within a structured correctional health setting.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM, offering a stable daytime schedule and opportunities to lead the medical team in delivering quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN (Wisconsin) with current credentials.
• Ability to lead a clinical team in a correctional setting.
• Strong focus on patient care, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting.
• Coordinate and support the daily operations of the medical team
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Help maintain compliance with applicable healthcare standards, policies, and procedures
• Assist with documentation, communication, and coordination of patient care
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the healthcare team
