Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join our team at the Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. This role combines hands-on patient care, clinical leadership, and organizational duties within a structured correctional healthcare environment, ensuring delivery of quality care while supporting daily medical team operations.

With a Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM schedule, this full-time opportunity offers a stable daytime

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active license.
• Experience in clinical leadership and coordination.
• Ability to work in a correctional healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting
• Coordinate and support the daily operations of the medical team
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Help maintain compliance with applicable healthcare standards, policies, and procedures
• Assist with documentation, communication, and coordination of patient care
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the healthcare team
