Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join our team at the Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. This role blends hands-on nursing care with clinical leadership and day-to-day operations in a structured correctional healthcare setting.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM, offering a predictable daytime routine while delivering high-quality care and ensuring continuity across the medical team.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Wisconsin, valid state license.
• Experience in correctional or inpatient healthcare preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care for patients in the correctional setting.
• Coordinate and support the daily operations of the medical team.
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain compliance with applicable healthcare standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with documentation and coordination of patient care.
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the healthcare team.
