Job summary

Southern Health Partners seeks a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join the Waushara County Jail medical team in Wisconsin. The RN MTA will blend hands-on patient care with clinical leadership and organization within a structured correctional health environment.

The role follows a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM schedule, offering a stable daytime shift and opportunities to influence daily nursing operations. Sign-on and retention bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required in Wisconsin.
• Experience in correctional healthcare preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to oversee daily nursing activities and coordinate a medical team.

With a consistent Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM schedule, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while maintaining a predictable daytime schedule.

What You‘ll Do

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting
• Coordinate and support the daily operations of the medical team
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Help maintain compliance with applicable healthcare standards, policies, and procedures
• Assist with documentation, communication, and coordination of patient care
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the healthcare team
