Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) for Waushara County Jail, Wisconsin. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM schedule and the chance to lead the medical team while delivering hands-on patient care in a correctional setting.

You will supervise nursing activities, coordinate daily operations, and ensure quality care is provided with administrative support.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin RN licensure and current practice.
• Clinical leadership and coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting.
• Coordinate and support the daily operations of the medical team.
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, and medication administration as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with documentation, communication, and coordination of patient care.
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the healthcare team.
