Inova Fairfax Medical Campus, part of Inova Health System, is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical Unit in Falls Church, VA. This full-time role includes a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

We emphasize patient-centered care, safety, and teamwork with a national reputation for quality. The RN will conduct comprehensive assessments, plan and provide holistic care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• BSN degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligibility for licensure.
• BLS certification required by American Heart Association.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive patient health assessments and interpret data.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on assessments.
• Deliver patient care in a patient- and family-centered manner.
• Advocate for patients' rights and coordinate care across disciplines.
• Document all patient care activities per standards.
