Allina Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical at Buffalo Hospital in Buffalo, MN. The role is part-time, night shift, 32 hours per week, with every-other weekend rotation.

The unit is 40003210 Medical Surgical Unit, with 8-hour shifts and 64 hours per two-week pay period. The RN provides comprehensive assessment, plans care, mentors staff as needed, and collaborates with family to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for some sites.
• Licensed Registered Nurse – MN or WI as applicable; BLS required; CMSRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; plan of care and outcomes.
• Coordinate, delegate and supervise to ensure safe, effective care.
• Maintain competencies and apply evidence-based nursing practice.
• Mentor and support staff; participate in unit operations as needed.
• Complete ancillary duties and fulfill organizational requirements.
