North Memorial Health in Maple Grove seeks an experienced RN for night shift support in a diverse hospital setting. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient- and family-centered care with a focus on perioperative and specialized nursing to support top-quality outcomes.

Requirements include MN RN licensure, BLS, and relevant certifications; experience with MS applications and strong communication are valued. This full-time position offers health benefits and paid time off.

Competenze

• Current licensure and registration as an RN in MN.
• Current BLS certification for all nursing areas.
• ACLS, TNCC, PALS, NRP or other area certifications may be required.

Mansioni

• Admit and coordinate admission processes with documentation and safety checks.
• Provide perioperative and post-operative care for operative patients.
• Deliver care for orthopedic patients including joint replacement and spine cases.
• Manage pain assessment and interventions and document responses.
• Ensure high-quality nursing care aligned with Maple Grove Hospital standards.
