Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide holistic care for patients across neonatal to elderly populations. You will coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team, develop and revise the plan of care, and participate in shared accountability to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure in Minnesota, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work nights in a a two-week pay period schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Minnesota per state requirements.
• Strong leadership, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care across assigned units.
• Coordinate and delegate activities to the care team.
