Job summary

Valley View Medical Center in the Fort Mohave area is seeking a Medical Surgical RN to join our team on night shifts. This full‑time position offers a 3x12 schedule (6:30pm–7am) and a commitment retention bonus for well qualified applicants.

You will provide plan of care, administer meds, document care, and educate patients and families while collaborating with the care team to ensure high‑quality outcomes in a smaller hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS preferred.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration and specimen collection.
• Documents patient care and monitors condition, communicating with the care team.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Coordinates care across disciplines and supports transfers/discharges.
• Provides patient and family education appropriate to age and culture.
• Advocates for patients' physical and emotional well‑being.
• Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Maintains reliable attendance; performs other duties as assigned.
