Valley View Medical Center in Fort Mohave, AZ, is seeking a Nurse Technician for full-time day shifts (3x12s). You will provide basic patient care under an RN, monitor vitals, and assist with activities of daily living while documenting care and supporting the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma preferred.
• Licenses: SRNA or EMT preferred.
• Certifications: BCLS required; Handle with Care preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn multiple software systems quickly.

Responsabilités

• Performs basic patient care under RN supervision, records vital signs and intake/output.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating, toileting, ambulation).
• Observes and reports abnormal findings to nursing staff promptly.
• Keeps patient rooms and common areas clean, safe, and stocked.
• Manages the tech desk and supports nursing/physician staff and throughput.
• Documents care and activities per unit standards.
• Participates in performance improvement and required education; performs other duties as assigned.
