Castleview Hospital, LLC in Price, Utah, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Medical-Surgical unit on a full-time night schedule. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available, recognizing your commitment to high-quality patient care.

The RN will contribute to compassionate, evidence-based med-surg care, perform assessments, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license is required.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certifications are required.
• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care interventions including medication administration and procedures.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to care team and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Collaborates across disciplines for patient care and transfers.
• Provides patient/family education appropriate to age and culture.
• Advocates for patients' physical and emotional well-being.
• Performs patient assessments and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Documents medical necessity in the medical record.
• Completes and revises interdisciplinary care plans.
• Completes timely QI assessments.
