Job summary

Saint Luke's North Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical Unit. The RN will join a dynamic team on nights, with opportunities for continuing education and a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.

The unit handles varied conditions and telemetry, requiring independent nursing practice and leadership within the team. Take part in collaborative care with intensivists, NP's, and respiratory therapy available at night.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse (MO) with NURSYS,
• Associates degree required, BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on Med/Surg unit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize nursing process for patient care and discharge planning.
• Serve as clinical resource for new staff.
