Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for Medical‑Surgical Services on Nights & Evenings. You will oversee staffing and patient flow, ensuring safe, high‑quality care while meeting productivity and budget goals. You will collaborate with the Staffing Office, physicians, and co‑workers to improve processes and mentor staff in leadership and change.

The role requires RN licensure, 3–5 years hospital nursing experience, and a BSN preferred. Competitive benefits and day‑one coverage are offered.

• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• Demonstrates strong communication and clinical skills.
