Mercy is seeking an RN for Medical Stepdown on FT Nights (7:00pm–7:30am). You will apply the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care, coordinate with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. A current RN license and BLS are required or obtained soon after hire.

Two sign-on bonuses are offered: $20,000 for experienced nurses and $10,000 for new graduates. Education can be ADN, Diploma, or BSN, with Mercy supporting career growth and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Graduate from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license required and current in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Position Details:

RN Medical Stepdown- FT Nights

7:00pm-7:30am

$20,000 Sign On Bonus- Experienced Nurses

$10,000 Sign On Bonus- New Graduates

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
