Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN for Neuro Stepdown on a full-time day shift in Missouri. You will provide patient care using the nursing process, coordinate with other departments, and ensure patient rights and confidentiality are upheld.

Education through an RN program and current RN licensure are required; BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Expect competitive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing with RN licensure.
• Maintain current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required or completed within 30 days of hire.

Position Details:

RN-Neuro Stepdown- FT Days

3x12 hour shifts weekly

7:00am-7:30pm

$10k New Graduate Bonus

$20k Experienced Nurse Bonus

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications: Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
