Job summary

You will coordinate care across office locations, educate patients, manage medications, and assist providers during examinations. Essential duties include triaging calls, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and patient safety guidelines. BSN preferred; Associates degree required.

Responsibilities

• Triages calls, schedules urgent/add-on visits, relays test results.
• Performs complete patient assessments within licensure.
• Coordinates care with providers and care team.
• Assists with examinations and procedures.
• Prepares and cleans patient areas and maintains sterile equipment.
• Maintains accurate documentation and coding per policy.
