Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; BSN preferred.
• RN license in good standing.
• 3–5 years working in health care settings preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of EMR and practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Triage calls, schedule urgent/add-on visits, relay test results and process refills.
• Provide complete patient assessment within licensure and maintain records.
• Coordinate care with provider and care team and educate patients and families.
• Assist provider during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare and clean patient areas and maintain equipment readiness.
