Endeavor Health in Glenview, IL is seeking an RN - Critical Care for the Medical ICU on a full-time night shift. This 36-hour weekly position runs 7pm to 7:30am with rotating weekends, offering premium pay for eligible employees.

Candidates must hold IL RN licensure, with BSN preferred and BLS/CPR certification. A minimum of one year hospital nursing experience is preferred, and the role focuses on high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: BSN degree preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.
