Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring an RN - ICU for a part-time 24-hour per week position in Highland Park, IL. The role runs 7am–7:30pm with rotating weekends. Hourly pay ranges from $36.00 to $55.80, determined by expertise and years of experience.

Requires IL nursing license, BSN preferred, BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year of hospital nursing experience. You will provide nursing care across patient populations, apply the nursing process, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor unlicensed staff, and contribute

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• BSN degree preferred
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
