AdventHealth seeks an experienced Registered Nurse in the Med Surg Trauma unit in Littleton, Colorado. The role offers a $20K sign-on for FT Night shifts and $10K for FT Day shifts, with relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

RN required
Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ year in acute care (preferred)
BLS CPR certification required
English proficiency mandatory

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, and functional domains.
Develop and implement individualized care plans with ongoing evaluation.
Administer medications and therapies per physician orders and safety standards.
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure clear documentation.
Maintain timely, accurate records of care activities and outcomes and monitor for improvement.
