Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, CO is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. You will deliver comprehensive patient care, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to maintain safety and high quality care.

Eligible RNs may advance through the Clinical Ladder for up to 20% higher pay. A $20K sign-on for FT nights and relocation assistance are offered, along with day-one benefits and a robust wellness program.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Nursing is required
BLS certification required
RN license is required (Colorado or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental and sociocultural factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care.
Document patient care and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
Ensure infection control and safety standards are met.
Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication.
