Job summary

AdventHealth Tarpon Springs seeks a licensed Registered Nurse for full-time night-weekend shifts. You will assess patients across physical, psychological, and social domains, implement care plans, administer meds, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

This role requires an Associate's in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, and at least 1 year in acute care. Strong communication and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Associates degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ acute care hospital experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients across physical, psychological and social domains.
• Develop, implement and revise individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate with care team and document in medical records.
• Respond to code situations and ensure patient safety.
