Job summary
AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a 45-bed Adult Medical Telemetry unit. You will assess patients, build care plans, administer medications, educate families, and document care. Full-time night shifts 7:00 pm–7:00 am with weekend rotation. Florida RN license and BLS required; 6 months RN experience preferred.

Qualifications
- Must hold an active Florida RN license
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum six months RN experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychosocial, and spiritual factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate them regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
- Coordinate with medical staff and ancillary teams to optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
