Job summary

Intermountain Health’s St James Hospital in Butte, MT seeks a Registered Nurse for a full-time night-shift on a 26-bed medical floor. You will assess patient needs, coordinate care with a clinical team, ensure documentation accuracy, and support families and patients through their care journey.

The role requires a BSN within 4 years (or equivalent experience), MT RN license, and BLS at hire. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care while adhering to hospital

Qualifications

• BSN degree required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License.
• BLS Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
