Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System in Stuart, FL, is seeking an RN for Med Surg and Telemetry on the night shift. You will deliver high-quality patient care in a 100-bed setting and collaborate with a team of physicians, nurses, and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• One year of current acute care RN experience; military RN experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.
