Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our 26-bed medical floor in Butte, MT. This full-time night-shift role requires a BSN within four years or 15 years of acute care service, MT RN licensure, and BLS certification. A national certification in the specialty is preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License.
• BLS Certification upon hire.
• National Certification in area of practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
