Job summary

Intermountain Health in Butte, MT, is seeking a full-time RN for night shift on the medical floor. The unit provides care for adults with respiratory, cardiac, and sepsis diagnoses, including observation patients. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered where applicable.

Candidates must hold a BSN within 4 years (or have substantial acute care experience), Montana RN license, and BLS certification. National certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program is required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Montana RN license current.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and families in mind
• Communicate compassionately and effectively
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs
• Participate in clinical team conferences
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures
