Job summary
Jefferson Health Plans is seeking a licensed RN to provide patient- and family-centered care within a hospital setting in the Philadelphia area. You will use the nursing process to develop tailored care plans and work with care partners to meet individualized needs and cultural values.
You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety, quality, and compassionate care, participate in education initiatives, and contribute to continuous professional growth in a dynamic healthcare
Qualifications
- Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license in state of practice (Pennsylvania).
- Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care principles.
Responsibilities
- Apply nursing process to develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with patients and families to identify learning needs.
- Use information systems to document care and monitor outcomes.
- Work within inter-professional teams to ensure safe, compassionate care.
- Participate in committees and pursue ongoing professional development.
