Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and obtain IL RN licensure.
• Bachelors degree preferred; two years of experience highly desired.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS and emergency care competencies as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the plan of care with attention to safety and documentation.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust the care plan with the health team.
• Assess patients via direct observation and timely reporting of changes.
• Develop individualized patient care plans and coordinate care.
• Collaborate with teammates and support department operations.
• RN may delegate tasks to other licensed staff as appropriate.
